  The haircut was good my son was comfortable there. He sat in a little car there was things for my daughter to play with while she waited on my son. But I gave 3 stars because the stylist cut my son's ear and he wasn't wiggling. No compensation or anything. She saw it and tried to act like she didn't know.

  Friendly staff who is very good with kids. She knew some little things about toddlers and working with them that I did not know, and which I found helpful. If it is the first haircut (my daughter is 12 months), they give you a picture and the first snips of hair. It's $25 for all the stuff for the first haircut ($18 otherwise) and WELL worth it for the positive experience. Plus, you can come back for a bang trim within 3 weeks. My daughter looked great, was happy and I have some great pictures for later.
