  We bought an apparel which we went to return as it was defective , we were told it has been 45 days so we can exchange. After spending 30mins we found an item for exchange only to realize that the old item was only worth $3 since the prices had dropped, so we asked if you can exchange with the Same item, but it was not available in the store, so we asked to order it from a different store but it was not available anywhere. SO couple of questions which we didn't get answers - if the price had gone higher then the price we had bought, will they give us store credit for higher amount, if the price was $3 then the item should be available, how can you have a price for a non existing item. Regardless if we were told at the beginning that the item is only worth $3, we wouldn't have wasted 30mins looking for a replacement or simply say we don't exchange items after 45 days. Hope the staff can be trained on basics of how to handle customers.
