When this place 1st opened some years back it was pretty good. Decent prices, good machines, and everything is card operated so no need to deal with quarters. But lately this place has gone downhill. They've changed almost all the machines and have increased prices tremendously. The place is always dirty with carts all over the places. They keep decreasing the dryer time to 5 minutes (7 minutes but the last 2 of are cool dry) for 40 cents. How is that fair??? I've asked to speak to the manager numerous times but I get the same response "sorry, I don't know who they are... I'm new..." bullcrap. Either they truly don't know which is incredibly unlikely or he/she tells them to never release their information, not even a name. I've called corporate and all I can do is leave a message and I never get a response. I decided to give it one more try and I wished I didn't. Nothing has changed. Will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else, you're being ripped off and don't even realize it.
