  Very under rated in my opinion. There are several other pizza places near by, but we always choose pizza hut. Food is consistently good and delivered hot. The staff is awesome and are always super friendly whenever I order. Oh and you can't beat their deals anywhere else.

  27 Jan 2018 @ 5:59 pm placed online order was supposed to be delivered at 6:30pm. So by 6:45 pm still no pizza I called the store was told the order was just going out the door (we live only 5 minutes from this location), by 7:00pm still no pizza called the store again and was told sorry about that it and it should be there in 15 minutes. At this point I told them that I could have come and picked it up in the time they were giving me and that I would like to talk to the manager, and was told one minute (they also never put the call on hold ) guy comes back and told me if I wanted to come and pick it up they would discount the order, but I said you just told me the order just went out the door so how could I come and pick it up your employee just tried to make up stuff so at this point I told them I would be there in a couple of minutes. So now I get to the store(and to tell you the truth was a total mess) stood in line for about 5 minutes while the employee tried to take this guys order and kept screwing it up. Now my turn asked for the manager Nick(took another 2 minutes for him to get to the counter) he was oh yes heard about this and told me he found the order right here in the bottom of the warmer (now if you look at the times that pizza has been in the warmer for about 50 minutes) and pulls it out, I tell him I just want a refund not cold pizza (which it was) that had been sitting around and he tell me that it is good for 45 minutes. Bottom line got refund and told me to take the pizza, well the pizza ended up in the dumpster! BTW this is the 4th time this has happened at this location.
