  I wish I listened to the reviews on this place before moving in. When I first moved in the people in the office were nice to be but in due time that changed. My power went out several times during the summer and after one of the times my stove stopped working. It took WEEKS for them to come fix it. I have two dogs and because of that no one could come in when I wasn't home. Instead of scheduling a day or time for them to come they told me that I would have to keep calling and cancelling as I came and went from my apartment. The washers and dryers were rarely ever working and they're stupid expensive. $1.60 to wash and $1.60 to dry. Not to mention the fact that half the time the clothes don't completely dry so you have to waste even more money getting them dry. I have a neighbor who is running a daycare out of her apartment and the parents FLY in and out of the parking lots and also beech their cars so no one can get by during the time that everyone is trying to get to work. Over the summer they were going work on the roofs of a near by building and I had to have my tires patched three times from driving over nails. I called the office and informed them that there were nails in the parking lot and the person I spoke with didn't seem to care. I had laundry stolen from the communal laundry facility. I made SEVERAL attempts to contact the office with no call or email back. I could literally go on for hours about how awful this place is. Don't rent here, don't waste your time and money on this place. Everything is so cheaply done. Neighbors are ok but the office staff is the absolute worst. The only nice person one is the lady who handles all the packages.
